Getting started: sign up, add a restaurant, order
From signing up to your first order is about half an hour, and most of that goes into the product list. Three steps, in order.
Three steps to a working app
From signing up to your first order is about half an hour, and most of that time goes into the product list.
- Account. A phone number and a password. One account per person: if you both work in a kitchen and supply something yourself, you don't need a second phone number — you choose which side to open the app on when you sign in.
- Restaurant. Create your own, or join one that already exists.
- Product list. The matrix — where all the work begins.
Create a restaurant or join an existing one
After you sign up, the app asks which of the two is your case.
My restaurant isn't here yet. You create it and become the owner: upload the product list, add suppliers, invite the team.
My restaurant is already in the app. Find it in the list and ask to join. The owner confirms — and everything opens up. If someone sent you an invitation link, just open it: it takes you straight into the restaurant, no searching.
What to fill in on the restaurant card right away
The card is what your supplier sees on your order. The minimum that saves phone calls: delivery address, receiving hours, and who meets the van, with a phone number. The legal entity and tax number are for paperwork — you can add them later.
More on roles and invitations in the article about the kitchen team.
What it costs
Right now the app is free: it is still being finished, and you are helping to get it there.
A per-restaurant subscription will appear later — we will warn you well in advance rather than putting up a wall out of nowhere.
What's next
Build the product list: the kitchen product matrix. Then your first order, put together by walking the storeroom. And install the app on your phone so you don't have to open a browser every time: how to install it.
